Jan 2022 Update

### What I did / What happened
- Lined up marketing coaching 🙇‍♂️.
- Planned out first 6 months of 2022.
- Shaped in cart and in checkout upsell.
- Updated the instructions for the new features.
- Got interviewed by [Grep Beat](https://grepbeat.com/2022/01/18/flow-phantom-encourages-online-shoppers-to-keep-filling-that-cart/)!
- Got some feedback for marketing ideas with a [Tweet that blew up](https://twitter.com/andrew_w_bass/status/1481294972506705921).
- Shaped next two cycles.
- Attended [NC Idea's](https://ncidea.org/) mentor madness where I got lots of good advice.
- Mitigated a payload issue.
- Reduced my setup steps.
- Implemented an end to end testing strategy with [test cafe](https://testcafe.io/).
- Took a week vacation.

### What I didn’t do
- Get new naming docs out there.
- Make videos about Yummy store.  

### What I learned or was reminded
- I reviewed the [client first system](https://www.finsweet.com/client-first/docs/intro)
- Webflow stores have a really [good projections](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DuY908m3anda7a2w9dUp9DbK3gz1dEXYfhQfqJwz3bE/edit?usp=sharinghttps://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DuY908m3anda7a2w9dUp9DbK3gz1dEXYfhQfqJwz3bE/edit?usp=sharing) if they keep the current growth rate.
- Tweeting asking for feedback is very valuable.
- Having a better end to end test suite allow me to ship quickly and with confidence. It was well worth my investment.
- Mentor madness advice:
- For marketing I should study other Shopify apps and see what worked for them.
- Consider getting interns to help with QA.
- In my branding I should talk about how phantom implies unobtrusive and stays behind the scenes.
- I should have a test matrix so that I can eventually offload QA to other developers.
- I should leverage Webflow more.

### Health
- I've hit my marathon training goals 💪.
-  I've gained weight -> I've been over compensating food with my increasing workout effort.
